At Snooze and Co., customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Clear photos showing any defects, damages, or issues (if applicable)

Review & Approval
Once we receive your request, our team will review the provided information and photos within 3 working days. If the return request meets our return criteria, we will approve the return and provide instructions on how to proceed.

Refund Eligibility

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging (where applicable).

Requests without photos or a clear explanation may be delayed or denied.

If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
